Our Solution
SUBMAGNÉTICO FREE FLOW®, a solution developed by Vallourec, is run with the tubing string, needing no special handling nor external energy source.
SUBMAGNÉTICO FREE FLOW® works by applying a magnetic field on the extracted fluid preventing scale formation in the production string. The high-strength magnets, placed perpendicular to the flow of the fluid, promotes the formation of less stable crystals which reduces its adhesion to the walls.
SUBMAGNÉTICO FREE FLOW® reduces the number of production stoppages due to incrustation removal. It is resistant to high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive environments.
Qualification
- It has been qualified for offshore installation to withstand harsh conditions
- Already run in a pre-salt well
- Connection qualification according to VAM® guidelines
- Shock tests up to 200g
- Vibration tests 6,0G RMS (random vibration)
- Hydrostatic test of the assembly up to 10.000psi.
