VAM® Field Service technicians scan each pipe as it is run into the hole, ensuring the sequence is accurate. The system instantly alerts users to any discrepancies in the running order. Vallourec also offers a Continuous Scan service, featuring a static camera system installed on the rig floor for autonomous pipe scanning.
In the doghouse, the driller uses the TallyVision dashboard to monitor the run-in-hole tally. A digital report correlates each pipe number with the connection make-up graph.
The app provides real-time KPI such as bore volume, steel displacement, and remaining target depth, all available remotely with internet connectivity.
